※ If you choose bank transfer as your payment method when placing your order, your order will be shipped after payment confirmation. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be automatically canceled.

※ For DHL shipping within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2-3 days. Due to the nature of the food, the product will be returned if the recipient is not present, and no refund or exchange is possible for any resulting additional costs or product damage.

However, in some cases, depending on the circumstances of the delivery company, it may take 2 to 4 days after shipment. For inquiries regarding delivery delays, please contact the courier companies in your area.
