Ingredients: Cooked rice, chopped kimchi, butter or oil, egg, (optional: spam, ham, pork, tuna)
- Heat butter or oil and fry the kimchi.
- Add onions and continue frying.
- Add optional meat or other ingredients and fry them.
- Stir in the rice and fry everything together.
- Garnish with seaweed, sesame seeds and sesame oil to taste.
- Top the dish off with a fried egg. Done!
