HENG SHUN Black Chinkiang Vinegar 550ml is a traditional Chinese vinegar with a complex, mild, and slightly smoky flavor. Made from glutinous rice and malt, it is frequently used in Chinese cuisine, especially in stir-fries, braised dishes, and sauces. This vinegar is also excellent as a dip for dumplings or dim sum. Please note this product contains gluten.
