Description
Diese Bio-Mie-Nudeln bestehen aus Weichweizenmehl, Hartweizengrieß und Salz, ohne Zusatz von Ei. Sie sind ideal für Suppen und Wokgerichte geeignet. Die Zubereitung ist einfach: Für Wokgerichte die Nudeln ca. 4 Minuten in Wasser kochen, kalt abschrecken und anschließend ca. 3 Minuten braten. Für Suppen die Nudeln ca. 6 Minuten kochen.
