Description
SQUID Fish Sauce (725ml bottle) is an authentic Thai fish sauce made from fresh anchovies and salt. After naturally fermenting for 18 months, it develops an intense umami-rich flavor and a clear reddish-brown appearance. It’s excellent for seasoning stir-fries, curries, and sauces. Please note that the sauce is very salty and should be used sparingly. Some users recommend diluting it with water and a bit of sugar to balance the taste.
